Our policy
At TireDirect, we follow industry standards when it comes to the quality of the products we sell. Our tires are stored in optimal conditions to help preserve their properties.
That’s why we guarantee that any tire with a DOT of 3 years or less meets the standards you can expect. No exchange or return will be accepted for tires with a DOT of 3 years or less.
Quick reminder
A DOT older than 3 years does not mean the tire’s quality has been affected.
If you have any concerns about the tires you received, feel free to contact us. Photos will be required, and under certain conditions, we may be able to arrange a return, as long as the tires have not been mounted.
