How to read your tire size?
Processing your order
We process orders on business days, Monday to Friday, and all orders are ready to leave our warehouse within 3 days. In rare cases, some orders may take longer to ship: we will notify you by email if this occurs.
Shipping your order
Received your tracking number? That means your order has left our warehouse. From there, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for our carrier to deliver your tires or wheels.
Since a signature is required upon delivery, someone must be present to receive your order. If no one is available, the carrier will make up to two additional delivery attempts.
If the order still cannot be delivered after these attempts, please contact us. Our team will review the next available delivery options with you, as they may vary depending on the carrier.
Free shipping?!
Yes, we do offer free shipping almost everywhere! It applies to any purchase of at least four (4) tires or four (4) wheels. Certain conditions may affect free shipping, such as the size of your items or the delivery address.
Shipping fees, whether free or not, will be clearly shown at checkout. And when shipping isn’t free, we still offer some of the best rates in Canada!
Your order has arrived!
For security reasons, a signature will be required upon delivery. Make sure you have received all your items and check that the sizes match what you ordered.
If there is an issue, contact us within 48 hours, and before any installation (very important!).
Don’t forget that…
We do not ship to Yukon, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, or P.O. boxes.
To help prevent fraud, orders must also be shipped to the billing address. Some exceptions may apply.
